Your emotional intelligence (EI) assessment, complete with a 60-minute debrief, measures your emotional awareness and expression in workable categories, helping you to skillfully approach both individual emotions and interpersonal relationships. Unlike IQ, EI can increase exponentially as you become more aware of your thought patterns and behaviors.
