How will you show up today?

Women, in general, want to be well liked. They don’t want to be seen as pushy or bossy. They’re talked over in meetings, their ideas dismissed, and their efforts overlooked. Sound familiar?

Because of the way many women have been conditioned, we share habits that hold us back in life. The good news is this: Once identified, these habits can be interrupted and adapted.

A personal coach can provide you with the tools and support you need to change how you perceive and express yourself, develop and maintain social relationships, and cope with challenges in an effective and meaningful way.

What to expect from a coach

Our first conversation

We will take some time to get to know each other and to ensure that we are a good fit. We'll look at where you are today, the changes you want to make, and the obstacles that may be holding you back.

Getting started

If you are ready to begin a coaching program, we will map out a schedule of 30- or 60-minute telephone sessions that are convenient for you, as far into the future as you like.

How to get the most from working with a coach

You'll need to do your part to maximize the time you have invested. Clients who approach the experience with honesty and commitment are more likely to see positive results.

Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.

What's the difference between a therapist, a consultant and a coach?

Therapist

A therapist will look into your past experiences to uncover patterns of behavior, feelings, biases, and the unconscious mind.

A therapist will use this information to guide you to healthier perceptions of yourself and your environment and encourage healthier behaviors.

Consultant

As a subject matter expert  in a specific field, consultants provide guidance and  objective data about how to achieve your targets.

Typically armed with statistics and best practices, a consultant can show you the fastest and most efficient way to get from point A to point B.

Coach

A coach helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, and how to integrate these concepts into your life.

A coach actively listens and gives you the tools to achieve your goals while providing a supportive environment and objective feedback.
